Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to services and digital products supplied by Emma Finney Coaching, operated by Emma Finney as a sole trader.
By purchasing a service or digital product from Emma Finney Coaching, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Emma Finney Coaching
Emma Finney Coaching provides online fitness coaching, exercise programming, fitness education and downloadable fitness programmes.
The services and products provided are intended to support your fitness and exercise goals. They are not medical services and do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
2. Online Coaching
Online coaching may include, depending on the package purchased:
An individual training programme.
Guidance on calorie and protein targets.
Access to the coaching app.
Exercise demonstrations.
Progress tracking.
Weekly check-ins.
Programme reviews and updates.
Coaching communication and support via agreed communication channels.
The exact features and price of your coaching package will be shown before purchase.
3. Coaching Plans and Prices
Current coaching options may include:
2-Week Trial — £49
A two-week introductory coaching service.
Standard Coaching — £149 per month
Ongoing online coaching on a rolling monthly basis.
Founders Coaching — £119 per month
A limited introductory rate available to eligible Founders clients.
Where a Founders rate has been agreed, that rate will continue while the client's qualifying continuous coaching arrangement remains active, unless otherwise agreed.
If coaching is cancelled and the client later wishes to return, the Founders rate is not guaranteed and the price available at the time of rejoining may apply.
Prices and packages offered to new clients may change from time to time. Any change affecting an existing client's agreed recurring price will be communicated in advance where applicable.
4. Starting Coaching and Your Right to Cancel
Where you purchase coaching online or otherwise enter into a distance contract, you will normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning when the contract is entered into.
If you ask Emma Finney Coaching to begin providing coaching during this 14-day period, you expressly request that the service starts before the cancellation period has ended.
If you then exercise your statutory right to cancel during the cancellation period after the service has started, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services supplied up to the time you cancel, where permitted by law.
Where the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and you have acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right once the service has been fully performed, your statutory cancellation right may end at that point.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
5. Ongoing Coaching and Cancellation
Standard and Founders coaching operate on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise stated before purchase.
You may end ongoing coaching by providing 30 days' notice.
Cancellation requests should be sent to emmafinneypt@yahoo.com or through another cancellation method expressly provided by Emma Finney Coaching.
Payments falling due during the applicable notice period remain payable.
Your coaching and access to the relevant coaching services will continue during any paid notice period unless otherwise agreed.
The statutory cancellation rights that may apply when you initially enter into the contract are separate from the contractual 30-day notice arrangement for ending ongoing coaching.
6. Client Responsibilities
To participate in coaching safely and effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate and relevant information about your health, injuries, medical conditions, medications and physical limitations where relevant to exercise.
Tell Emma Finney Coaching if relevant circumstances change.
Follow exercise instructions and use appropriate technique.
Exercise within your own capabilities.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience unusual or concerning pain, dizziness, illness or other symptoms.
Seek medical clearance where you have been advised to do so or where it would reasonably be appropriate.
Use equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
Take responsibility for the environment in which you exercise.
You should not deliberately withhold information that could materially affect the safety or suitability of your exercise programme.
7. Results
Emma Finney Coaching will provide coaching and guidance with reasonable care and skill.
However, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Results depend on many factors outside the control of Emma Finney Coaching, including participation, consistency, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, health circumstances and adherence to the programme.
Examples, testimonials or previous client results are not guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome.
8. Check-ins and Communication
Where weekly check-ins are included in your coaching package, clients are responsible for submitting the information required for their check-in.
If you choose not to submit a check-in, the coaching period will continue and the missed check-in does not normally entitle you to a refund or extension.
Coaching support is generally available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, excluding holidays and periods of planned absence communicated to clients.
Messages sent outside support hours may be answered during the next available support period.
9. Coaching Programme Updates
Where included in your package, training programmes will normally be reviewed or updated approximately every six weeks.
Updates may be made sooner where Emma Finney Coaching considers this reasonably necessary based on progress, equipment availability, injury or other relevant circumstances.
10. Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid and that payments due under your coaching arrangement can be collected.
If a payment fails, access to coaching services may be paused while the payment issue is resolved.
Emma Finney Coaching will not charge fees that have not been disclosed and agreed.
11. Digital Programmes and Downloads
Emma Finney Coaching may sell downloadable fitness programmes and other digital content, including programmes such as Stronger in 6.
The price, contents and main features of each digital product will be displayed before purchase.
Digital programmes are general fitness products and are not individually tailored coaching programmes.
You are responsible for deciding whether a programme is suitable for your circumstances and for seeking appropriate medical or professional advice where necessary.
12. Digital Content and the 14-Day Cancellation Right
Consumers purchasing digital content online normally have a statutory cancellation period.
However, if you choose to receive or access digital content immediately, before the normal 14-day cancellation period has expired, you will be asked to:
Give your express consent for supply of the digital content to begin immediately; and
Acknowledge that once supply begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase.
Where you have provided that express consent and acknowledgement and supply of the digital content has begun, you will no longer have the statutory right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory rights are unaffected.
This does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
13. Refunds for Digital Products
Because downloadable programmes can be accessed immediately and cannot meaningfully be returned once supplied, change-of-mind refunds will not normally be available after supply has begun where you have validly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased product, please contact emmafinneypt@yahoo.com so that I can attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory remedy you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not otherwise conform to your statutory rights.
14. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all programmes, written materials, training plans, graphics and other original content supplied by Emma Finney Coaching are protected by intellectual property law and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Purchasing a programme does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
You must not, without prior written permission:
Copy or reproduce a programme for distribution.
Share purchased files with another person.
Upload purchased material to file-sharing services or public websites.
Resell or redistribute the material.
Alter the material for the purpose of resale or redistribution.
Use Emma Finney Coaching materials to create or sell a competing product.
You may download and retain a copy for your own personal use.
15. Third-Party Content and Exercise Demonstrations
Emma Finney Coaching products or services may contain links to third-party resources, including exercise demonstration videos.
Third-party websites and resources are operated independently and may change, move or become unavailable.
Emma Finney Coaching is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party websites.
16. Health and Exercise Disclaimer
Exercise involves inherent risks.
Before beginning a new exercise programme, you should consider whether it is appropriate for your current health and circumstances.
If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, have recently given birth, have been advised to restrict physical activity, or have any concerns about your ability to exercise safely, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or continuing an exercise programme.
Emma Finney Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
You should stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience symptoms that concern you.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Emma Finney Coaching does not exclude any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
Subject to those rights, Emma Finney Coaching is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
18. Suspension or Ending Services
Emma Finney Coaching may suspend or end coaching where there is a reasonable and legitimate reason to do so, including:
Persistent non-payment.
Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.
Serious or repeated misuse of coaching services or materials.
Circumstances where continuing to provide coaching would reasonably be considered unsafe or inappropriate.
Where appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided.
Any refund or outstanding payment will be dealt with fairly, taking account of services already provided and your statutory rights.
19. Availability and Changes
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide coaching and digital services as described.
Occasionally, changes may be required because of technical issues, platform changes, illness, planned leave or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where a material change affects a paid service, Emma Finney Coaching will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected clients.
20. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Emma Finney Coaching Privacy Policy.
21. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact:
I will aim to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available under the law applicable to you.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought under applicable consumer law.
23. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to services, business practices or legal requirements.
The version applying to a purchase or agreement will be determined in accordance with applicable law, and changes will not be used to remove rights you have already acquired under an existing contract.
The latest version will be published on this website with the date it was last updated.
